개인정보처리방침
이메지(이하 "운영자")는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지키며, 지나갈게요(이하 "서비스") 이용자의 개인정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보와 목적

서비스는 이름, 전화번호, 이메일, 위치 정보를 수집하지 않으며, 회원가입이 없습니다. 지하철 시간 알림은 이용자가 허용한 경우에만 이 기기에서 예약·표시되는 알림이며, 서버로 전송되지 않고 옵션에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
2. 보관 기간과 파기
기기에 저장된 정보는 앱을 삭제하거나 옵션 → 내 데이터 모두 삭제를 누르면 즉시 지워지고, 이때 서버의 랭킹 기록도 함께 삭제됩니다. 약관 동의 기록과 설정(언어·옵션)은 기기에 남습니다.
3. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁
운영자는 이용자의 정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 보상형 광고가 적용된 버전에서는 아래 사업자의 SDK가 광고 식별자 등을 수집·처리할 수 있습니다.

광고는 이용자가 직접 "광고 보기"를 눌렀을 때만 재생됩니다. 광고 사업자가 수집한 정보는 해당 사업자의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다.
4. 광고 관련 동의와 선택
- 동의 안내(EEA·영국 등): 법령상 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 앱을 처음 열 때 Google의 동의 안내(UMP)가 표시되며, 거절하면 맞춤형이 아닌 광고만 재생됩니다.
- iOS 추적 허용: iOS 14.5 이상에서는 "앱 추적 허용" 창이 표시됩니다. 허용하지 않아도 게임과 광고를 이용할 수 있으며, 광고가 맞춤형이 아니게 됩니다.
- Android: 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 삭제·재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든 앱 안의 옵션 → 내 데이터 모두 삭제로 정보를 삭제할 수 있으며, 아래 연락처로 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
6. 이용 연령
서비스는 전체이용가이며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

The Service does not collect your name, phone number, email address or location, and there is no sign-up. Subway-time reminders are notifications scheduled and shown on your device only if you allow them; they are not sent to a server and can be turned off at any time in Options.
2. Retention and deletion
Information stored on your device is erased immediately when you uninstall the app or tap Options → Delete all my data, and your ranking record on the server is deleted at the same time. Your agreement record and settings (language, options) remain on the device.
3. Third-party provision and processing
The Operator does not sell your information or provide it to third parties. However, in app versions with rewarded ads, the SDK of the provider below may collect and process advertising identifiers and similar data.

Ads play only when you tap "Watch ad". Information collected by the ad provider is processed under that provider's privacy policy.
4. Ad-related consent and choices
- Consent prompt (EEA, UK, etc.): Where consent is legally required, Google's consent prompt (UMP) appears the first time you open the app; if you decline, only non-personalized ads are shown.
- iOS tracking: On iOS 14.5 or later an "Allow tracking" prompt appears. You can still play and watch ads without allowing it, but ads will not be personalized.
- Android: You can delete or reset your advertising ID or turn off personalized ads in your device settings.
5. Your rights
You can delete your information at any time with Options → Delete all my data in the app, and you may request access, correction or deletion using the contact below.
6. Age
The Service is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.

本サービスは、氏名、電話番号、メールアドレス、位置情報を収集せず、会員登録もありません。地下鉄の時間のお知らせは、利用者が許可した場合にのみこの端末で予約・表示される通知であり、サーバーには送信されず、オプションからいつでもオフにできます。
2. 保管期間と破棄
端末に保存された情報は、アプリを削除するかオプション → データをすべて削除を押すと直ちに消去され、同時にサーバー上のランキング記録も削除されます。同意記録と設定(言語・オプション)は端末に残ります。
3. 第三者への提供・処理委託
運営者は、利用者の情報を販売したり第三者に提供したりしません。ただし、リワード広告を導入したバージョンでは、以下の事業者のSDKが広告識別子などを収集・処理する場合があります。

広告は、利用者が「広告を見る」を押したときにのみ再生されます。広告事業者が収集した情報は、その事業者のプライバシーポリシーに従って処理されます。
4. 広告に関する同意と選択
- 同意の案内(EEA・英国など): 法令上同意が必要な地域では、アプリを初めて開いたときにGoogleの同意案内(UMP)が表示され、拒否した場合はパーソナライズされない広告のみが再生されます。
- iOSのトラッキング許可: iOS 14.5以降では「Appのトラッキングを許可」画面が表示されます。許可しなくてもゲームと広告を利用できますが、広告はパーソナライズされません。
- Android: 端末の設定で広告IDを削除・リセットしたり、パーソナライズ広告をオフにしたりできます。
5. 利用者の権利
利用者は、アプリ内のオプション → データをすべて削除でいつでも情報を削除でき、下記の連絡先に開示・訂正・削除を請求できます。
6. 利用年齢
本サービスは全年齢向けであり、14歳未満の児童の個人情報を故意に収集することはありません。
