이용약관
제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 이메지(이하 "운영자")가 제공하는 지나갈게요(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 절차를 정합니다.
제2조 (서비스 성격)
서비스는 북적이는 지하철역에서 사람들을 피하고 부딪히며 달려 열차에 타는 캐주얼 게임이며, 실제 금전이나 재화가 오가는 도박성 게임이 아닙니다. 게임 안의 기록·랭킹은 현금이나 다른 재화로 바꿀 수 없습니다. 랭킹은 전체 랭킹과 매월 새로 시작하는 시즌 랭킹으로 나뉘며, 두 랭킹 모두 한 사람당 최고 점수 하나만 기록됩니다.
제3조 (비공식 서비스 안내)
서비스는 서울 지하철 2호선의 역 이름을 소재로 한 팬 제작 게임으로, 서울교통공사 및 어떠한 철도·교통 운영기관과도 관련이 없습니다. 게임 속 역 구조, 통로, 환승 정보는 게임용으로 구성한 것이며 실제와 다를 수 있습니다. 게임 속 인물과 장면은 모두 가상입니다. 게임 속 부딪힘·날아감 연출은 현실에서 흉내 내서는 안 되며, 실제 승강장에서는 안전 수칙을 지켜 주세요.
제4조 (광고와 승차권)
서비스에는 보상형 광고가 포함될 수 있습니다. 보상형 광고는 이용자가 직접 선택할 때만 재생되며, 끝까지 시청한 경우에만 안내된 보상(승차권 충전, 같은 자리에서 재도전)이 지급됩니다. 게임 안 승차권 등은 현금으로 환급되지 않습니다.
제5조 (알림)
이용자가 허용한 경우에만 지하철 시간 알림이 이 기기에서 표시되며, 옵션에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
제6조 (금지 행위)
- 프로그램 변조, 자동 조작 도구 사용, 랭킹 기록 조작, 서버 공격
- 다른 이용자를 비방하거나 불쾌감을 주는 닉네임 사용
금지 행위가 확인되면 운영자는 해당 랭킹 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
제7조 (서비스 변경·중단)
운영자는 운영상 필요에 따라 서비스 내용을 바꾸거나 중단할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 사전에 앱 안에서 알립니다.
제8조 (책임의 한계)
운영자는 천재지변, 통신 장애 등 운영자의 책임이 없는 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using Coming Through (the "Service") provided by Imeji (the "Operator").
Article 2 (Nature of the Service)
The Service is a casual game in which you dodge and bump into people to get through a crowded subway station and catch the train. It is not gambling and no real money or goods change hands. Records and rankings in the game cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods. The ranking is split into an all-time ranking and a season ranking that restarts every month; both record only one best score per player.
Article 3 (Unofficial Service)
The Service is a fan-made game that uses the station names of Seoul Subway Line 2 and is not affiliated with Seoul Metro or any railway or transport operator. Station layouts, corridors and transfer information in the game are fictional arrangements for gameplay and may differ from reality. All characters and scenes are fictional. Do not imitate the bumping and flying effects in real life, and follow safety rules on real platforms.
Article 4 (Ads and Tickets)
The Service may include rewarded ads. A rewarded ad plays only when you choose to watch it, and the announced reward (a ticket refill, or retrying from the same spot) is granted only if you watch it to the end. In-game tickets and similar items cannot be refunded for cash.
Article 5 (Notifications)
Subway-time reminders are shown on your device only if you allow them, and you can turn them off at any time in Options.
Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)
- Modifying the program, using automation tools, manipulating ranking records, or attacking the server
- Using a nickname that insults or offends other users
If a prohibited act is found, the Operator may delete the related ranking record.
Article 7 (Changes and Suspension)
The Operator may change or suspend the Service when operationally necessary and will announce important changes in the app in advance.
Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)
The Operator is not liable for damages caused by reasons beyond its control, such as natural disasters or communication failures.

第1条(目的)
本規約は、イメジ(以下「運営者」)が提供するすみません、通ります(以下「本サービス」)の利用条件と手続きを定めるものです。
第2条(サービスの性格)
本サービスは、混雑した地下鉄の駅で人を避けたりぶつかったりしながら走って電車に乗るカジュアルゲームであり、現金や財物のやり取りを伴うギャンブルではありません。ゲーム内の記録・ランキングは、現金やその他の財物と交換できません。ランキングは総合ランキングと毎月リセットされるシーズンランキングに分かれ、どちらも1人につき最高スコア1件のみが記録されます。
第3条(非公式サービスについて)
本サービスは、ソウル地下鉄2号線の駅名を題材にしたファン制作ゲームであり、ソウル交通公社およびいかなる鉄道・交通事業者とも関係ありません。ゲーム内の駅の構造、通路、乗換情報はゲーム用に構成したもので、実際と異なる場合があります。ゲーム内の人物や場面はすべて架空です。ぶつかる・吹っ飛ぶ演出を現実で真似しないでください。実際のホームでは安全ルールを守ってください。
第4条(広告と乗車券)
本サービスにはリワード広告が含まれる場合があります。リワード広告は利用者が自ら選択したときのみ再生され、最後まで視聴した場合に限り案内された報酬(乗車券の補充、その場からの再挑戦)が付与されます。ゲーム内の乗車券などは現金で払い戻されません。
第5条(通知)
地下鉄の時間のお知らせは、利用者が許可した場合にのみこの端末で表示され、オプションからいつでもオフにできます。
第6条(禁止行為)
- プログラムの改ざん、自動操作ツールの使用、ランキング記録の不正操作、サーバーへの攻撃
- 他の利用者を誹謗したり不快にさせるニックネームの使用
禁止行為が確認された場合、運営者は該当するランキング記録を削除することがあります。
第7条(サービスの変更・中断)
運営者は運営上必要な場合、サービス内容を変更または中断することがあり、重要な変更は事前にアプリ内でお知らせします。
第8条(責任の制限)
運営者は、天災や通信障害など運営者の責めに帰さない事由により生じた損害について責任を負いません。
